119 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the reason his Department has not responded to requests on 15 April 1999 for the documentation, such as a framework document options, referred to in the Attorney General's advice on a referendum on Partnership for Peace; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Department has forwarded to Deputy Gorm ley a copy of the Partnership for Peace framework document, which is the document referred to in my private secretary's letter to the Library of the House in regard to the Attorney General's conclusions on the issue of a referendum.
