60 Ms Shortall asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she is in a position to publish the report of the authorised officer into a company (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [12225/99]
Under section 21 of the Companies Act, 1990, I am precluded from publishing information relating to a company which has been obtained under section 19 of the Act, without the prior written consent of the company concerned. As such, approval has been refused by the company. I am not in a position to publish the authorised officers' report.
