Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy McGennis – the need to enforce existing licensing procedures for petrol stations under the Dangerous Substances Act, 1972; (2) Deputy Theresa Ahearn – the need to discuss the non-use of the new fully equipped X-ray room in St. Joseph's Hospital, Clonmel, due to lack of staff; (3) Deputy Lawlor – the need to expedite a tribunal of inquiry to ascertain the circumstances in which people with haemophilia became infected with HIV and hepatitis C in light of continuing fatalities in the intervening period.

The matters raised by the Deputies have been selected for discussion.
