Vol. 505 No. 2

Written Answers. - Hospital Services.

Brian O'Shea

Question:

128 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Health and Children the financial and other supports, if any, he will provide for a person (details supplied) in County Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13397/99]

As the Deputy will be aware the provision of health services in County Waterford is, in the first instance, a matter for the South-Eastern Health Board.

I have asked the chief executive officer of the South-Eastern Health Board to investigate this case as a matter of urgency and respond directly to the Deputy with the board's findings.
