Written Answers. - Grant Payments.
The person named is not the registered herdowner and accordingly is not eligible for payment of headage or premia grants. He has applied to my Department for a herdnumber, and he was written to on 1 October 1998 requesting certain information relating to his application. To date, no reply has been received, and until the information requested has been furnished, his applications for a herdnumber and headage and premia grants cannot be processed further.
