Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill, 1999: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to amend the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1990, to provide for an exemption from the requirement that the accounts of companies and certain partnerships be audited, to prohibit the formation of a company unless it appears to the registrar of companies that the company will carry on an activity in the State, to require one of the directors of a company to be a person resident in the State, to otherwise amend the law relating to companies and certain partnerships and to provide for related matters.
