I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealing number quoted by the Deputy refers to a transfer and charge which was lodged on 9 April 1998 and completed on 19 April 1999. An application for transfer was lodged in the Land Registry on 9 April 1998 nominating the persons named by the Deputy. This application, which was allocated reference number D98CK03790W, was also completed on 19 April 1999.
