264 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Education and Science if a decision has been made on the application by school authorities in County Kilkenny on the approval of special arrangements in the 1999 junior certificate examination for a person (details supplied). [14386/99]

A decision on the application for special arrangements in respect of the person concerned has been made. My Department notified the school of this decision on 20 May 1999.
