284 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Education and Science when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive a copy of the deed of Goleen and Lissigriffin national schools which he applied for two years ago. [14552/99]
I take it the Deputy's question relates to the lease for Goleen and Lissigriffin national schools.
The position is that the existing lease for Goleen national school has expired and a new lease is currently being prepared. When this process has been completed, a copy of the lease will be made available to the person in question.
With regard to Lissigriffin national school, my Department is experiencing difficulty in tracing a lease. The building unit is currently endeavouring to resolve the situation and will make contact with the person in question to progress the matter.
