46 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the steps, if any, he intends to take to deal with the serious problem of water pollution highlighted in the recent report of the Environmental Protection Agency which showed a ten point increase in the numbers of polluted waterways since 1990.
