The public inquiry for the Dublin Port Tunnel motorway scheme was held on 22 days between 2 March 1999 and 27 April 1999. The two nominated persons who conducted the public inquiry are currently finalising their report. Following receipt of this report and any recommendations, I intend to determine this matter as soon as possible.
