120 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny will be allowed extra suckler cow quota from the national reserve; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14603/99]
There is no record in my Department of having received an application from the person named for an allocation of suckler cow quota from the 1999 national reserve. The closing date for receiving completed applications was 8 January 1999 and I regret that an application cannot be accepted at this stage.
The person named may apply for an allocation of quota from the 2000 national reserve and he should contact the quota section of the Department, Michael Davitt House, Castlebar, or any local office of the Department, in December next to obtain an application form.
