Question:121 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when premia will be paid under the REP scheme to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14604/99]

The persons concerned lodged a fifth year application under the REP scheme on 2 March 1999. The application was chosen at random for a pre-payment inspection. Arrangements are being made to have this inspection carried out as soon as possible. Payment cannot issue until the inspection has taken place.
