Ahern asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11 was granted possessory title to a farm in County Meath and in spite of her best efforts has not got absolute title; the way in which this land is registered; the way in which it can be brought to a conclusion; the rights she has in having the matter finalised in view of the fact various court cases and appeals to the Law Society have proved unsuccessful; if he will allocate legal assistance to her in view of the fact her solicitors will no longer act for her; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
