I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Decision of the representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Union, meeting within the Council, of 25th June, 1996, on the establishment of an Emergency Travel Document, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 9th June, 1999.
