Before commencing questions I draw the attention of Members to the fact that the procedures setting time limits for questions which was in operation last session has been restored by order of the Dáil this morning and will be in operation for Question Time from today. I will circulate a note in the House setting out the time limits for those who wish to familiarise themselves with them. As before, the strict time limits are imposed by this procedure and the Chair will have no option but to strictly enforce them.
