276 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands if the information memorandum regarding RTE and Digico is completed; if it will be made available to all prospectively interested commercial parties; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [19949/99]
As part of the ongoing process to establish a new commercial entity which will be responsible for the provision of terrestrial transmission and technical facilities to broadcasters in the future, the consortium of advisers who have been appointed to assist the project management group overseeing the project are in the process of preparing an information memorandum which will in due course be issued to potential investors. The parties to whom the information memorandum is to be made available will be determined at the appropriate time.
