345 Mr. Browne (Wexford) asked the Minister for Education and Science when construction work will commence on Kilmuckridge vocational college, County Wexford; the current position in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [19637/99]
An extension of 2124mf7>2 of additional teaching accommodation is currently being planned for Kilmuckridge vocational school, County Wexford. Following recent discussions with County Wexford Vocational Education Committee the schedules of accommodation were increased to include a larger PE hall, a materials preparation area and additional circulation space.
Officials in my Department's building unit are currently awaiting the submission of the revised sketch scheme incorporating these changes to the project. The question of proceeding to construction will only arise when architectural planning has been successfully completed.
