147 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Defence if a suitable site adjacent to O'Devanney Gardens and Montpelier areas of Dublin 7 has been made available by his Department for the phoenix project which works with disadvantaged young people. [19620/99]

I have agreed to provide a site to the phoenix project at Arbour Hill, Dublin, 7. The site to be made available has been inspected by representatives of the phoenix project who are currently considering its suitability for their requirements.
