152 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Science the position in relation to the provision of the much needed facilities at Scoil Uí Fhiaigh, Maynooth, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20245/99]

The position in relation to this school is as outlined in my response to the Deputy's Parliamentary Question No. 940 on 29 September last.

153 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Science the position in regard to the provision of extra facilities at Sallins national school, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20246/99]

My Department is currently considering an application for additional accommodation at Sallins national school, County Kildare. A decision on the matter will be taken as quickly as possible.

154 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Science the position in regard to the provision of the facilities required at Scoil Uí Riada, Kilcock, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20247/99]

A project to provide a new school on a greenfield site for Gaelscoil Uí Riada, Kilcock, is currently in the early stages of architectural planning. Every effort will be made to advance the project through the various planning stages.

155 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Science if the progress to date in respect of the north Kildare school project sufficiently meets the needs as identified by the group; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20248/99]

My Department is currently finalising the accommodation brief for a new permanent school to accommodate the north Kildare school.
