Question:

140 Mr. Kirk asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if the proposed new cross Border structures will envisage the establishment of a Carlingford Lough harbour authority embracing interests North and South; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21558/99]

The British Irish Agreement Act 1999, provides for the establishment of six implementation bodies including the body to be known as the Foyle Carlingford and Irish Lights Commission.
