213 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if a person (details supplied) has submitted an application for additional milk quota from the tribunal; when the next meeting of the tribunal is scheduled; if he will arrange for this case to be considered on that occasion; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has received an application from the person named. The application, however, was not received in time to be included in the next meeting of the milk quota appeals tribunal which is scheduled for 9 November. The tribunal will meet again on 22 November 1999 and the application in question will be examined on that date.
