234 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if a person (details supplied) in County Wexford will be awarded all outstanding tuberculosis eradication payments for animals slaughtered; and, if so, when it will be expedited. [21445/99]

The necessary documentation required before payment can be made was presented by the person named to the local district veterinary office only on 27 October 1999. The reactor grants due have now been processed and payment will issue shortly.
