235 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if it is intended as part of the national development plan to reintroduce any capital grant scheme for vegetable production or processing; if so, the likely amount of capital available; the way in which such a scheme will operate; and the date it is envisaged it shall commence. It is my intention to include a capital grant scheme for vegetable production and processing as part of the National Development Plan. At this stage I cannot give further information on the proposed scheme for vegetable production and processing.
