411 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he will re-instate public accountability to the Dublin Transportation Office by re-appointing local representatives to an advisory or monitoring committee of the office. [21319/99]
450 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he will appoint a consultative panel for the Dublin Transportation Office to replace the panel which served until its expiry date in June 1999. [21763/99]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 411 and 450 together.
I am currently finalising a review of the consultative arrangements for the Dublin Transportation Office with particular reference to the need to promote and increase shared responsibility for achieving sustainable transport throughout the greater Dublin area. New arrangements will be put in place shortly.
