424 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will respond positively to the application by Mayo County Council for approval for the extension of the Claremorris sewerage scheme to the Balla road in order to eliminate the high density of septic tanks in the area in view of the relatively reasonable cost of £270,000.
