My Department has not received an application for special needs assistant support for the child in question.
The school which this pupil attends has recently been sanctioned a shared resource teacher and the pupil is on that teachers caseload.
An application for a computer for the pupil in question has been received by my Department and the inspectorate is currently investigating this request. A decision is expected in the near future.
