629 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the problem with the roof on a primary school (details supplied) in County Monaghan; when it will be corrected; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21645/99]

An application has been received from the manager of the school in question concerning work to the roof of the school.

The application is being considered and my Department will in touch with the school as soon as possible.
