94 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the progress of the review of the Good Friday Agreement being undertaken by Senator George Mitchell; and the state of any discussions between the two Governments and the political parties in Northern Ireland regarding full implementation of the agreement.
