133 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources further to Parliamentary Question No. 101 of 6 October 1999, the progress, if any, made in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in relation to his application to have six acres of his land planted; and the action, if any, to be taken in the matter. As indicated in my reply of 6 October, no previous application for an afforestation grant could be traced in my Department. Although my Department has twice been in contact with the person in question in the last month, a fresh application has not yet been received.
