Written Answers. - Fishing Vessel Licences.
I am advised that the person in question applied for a sea fishing boat licence in 1991, under the special whitefish scheme. His application however was not successful.
Any further application for a sea fishing boat licence from the person concerned would be considered in accordance with the normal conditions of licensing policy, including the requirement to remove equivalent capacity from the sea fishing boat register.
