117 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Finance if the Office of Public Works has approved the purchase of a site adjacent to Clonakilty, County Cork, to accommodate proposals by some sections of the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development; the terms and manner of the purchase; the other tenders, if any, received and considered; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Tenders for the provision of a site for the construction of a district veterinary office for the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Development in Clonakilty are under consideration by the Commissioners of Public Works. No purchase has yet been approved.
