155 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if a person (details supplied) in County Sligo will be granted an extension of time until 15 December 1999 in view of the fact that due to high demand he is encountering severe delays in the building of the shed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As a result of difficulties encountered by some applicants in having their investment works completed under the old control of farm pollution scheme by the specified completion date, my Department has decided to extend the final date for completion of works for a short period but in any event not beyond 30 April 2000.
