Question:

104 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Taoiseach the number of persons at work in the industry and services sectors in County Donegal in the past two years for which figures are available; and the number engaged in industry in the county in these years. [23355/99]

The quarterly national household survey – prior to 1998 the labour force survey – gives information on the numbers of persons at work in different sectors but only at the regional level and not at county level. The numbers of persons at work in the industrial and services sectors in recent years in the Border region are as follows:
