I move:
That it is expedient to make provision for the repeal of section 44 of the Finance Act, 1970 (No. 14 of 1970), and sections 37, 607 and 838 of the Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997 (No. 39 of 1997) in the manner and to the extent specified in the Act giving effect to this Resolution.
