That, in accordance with Standing Order 112(1) and paragraph 1(a)(i) of the Orders of Reference of Select Committees, the Bill be referred to the Select Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine.

The Bill will be taken by agreement. Normally it would be next Tuesday, by agreement. We will fix whatever day is suitable.
A new element has been introduced to this Bill where the Minister promised a consultative committee for fishing interests to tease out various aspects. It would be premature for us—
