Human Rights Commission Bill, 1999: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to provide further protection for human rights and, for that purpose, to establish a body to be known as An Coimisiún um Chearta an Duine or, in the English language, the Human Rights Commission, to define its functions and to provide for related matters.
