114 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Education and Science the physical, administrative and staffing structures of the regional technical college outreach centre model proposed for the pilot project to be located at Skibbereen, County Cork, as announced in April 1997; the predominant method of course delivery; and the technology required. The physical, administrative and staffing structures for the outreach centre in Skibbereen have not yet been defined. Cork Institute of Technology has submitted proposals for the planning phase of the centre that would address these issues.

The proposals are the subject of ongoing discussions.
