134 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Defence the persons who travelled on the Government jet to New York on 11 November 1999; the persons who travelled on the Government jet from New York to Dublin on 13 November 1999; and the function of each of these persons in relation to this visit. [25636/99]
The delegation which travelled to New York on 10 November 1999 and returned on the 12 November 1999 was as notified to the Deputy in a letter dated 9 November 1999. The delegation was as follows – The Taoiseach and his partner Ms Celia Larkin; Mr. Joe Lennon, Government press secretary; Mr. Brendan Ward, private secretary; Ms Olive Melvin, personal assistant and The Taoiseach's protection officer.
