104 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if payments will be arranged under the 1998 and 1999 ten and 22 month beef and extensification schemes to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [25712/99]

The amounts authorised for payment to the person named under the schemes in question have been withheld by the Department against moneys owed under the rural environment protection scheme.
