101 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the plans, if any, he has to enter into negotiotions with the farmers who have cases pending following a ruling (details supplied) on the four cases of the milk quota action group. [27212/99]

As these cases are still pending in the courts and some have already been listed for hearing early in the new year, it would be inappropriate for me to comment on the matter.
