Question:111 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if it is his intention, in the review of the milk quota scheme, to allow dairy farmers access to quotas which have been leased by them over the last few years under the previous scheme regardless of their own quotas; if he will exclude these developing farmers from access to such quotas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
