210 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the plans, if any, he has for the development of Everton House, Old Cabra Road, Dublin 7; and if he will consider a temporary letting to the Dublin 7 Educate Together group which urgently require a premises to establish a multidenominational co-educational primary school. I am currently in negotiations with a recognised voluntary organisation with a view to granting it a short-term lease for office accommodation in Everton House.

However, if the Dublin 7 Educate Together group wishes to have its name on record for consideration, should Everton House become available at a future date, it should submit an application to my office.
