71 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will order a report from the management of St. James's Hospital, Dublin 8, as to the reason it cannot confirm to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny the exact situation regarding the organs of his late sister who died in 1994; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The management of post mortem examinations in this instance is the responsibility of St James Hospital. I have asked the chief executive officer of the hospital to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply to the Deputy directly.
