107 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to correspondence from a person (details supplied) in County Sligo that was sent to him on 12 November 1999; if so, the progress, if any, that he has made on the issue raised and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have had inquiries made with the Court Service and I understand the substantive issue raised in the correspondence is a matter for the court and, accordingly, I cannot intervene in any way.
