446 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to parliamentary Ques tion No. 174 of 15 December 1999, he has carried out an assessment of the implications of a recent Rights Commissioner's decision in relation to back money for a specialist hospital register; and if he has had the matter examined. Apart from media reports, I have not yet received further details of this case. Under the circumstances I cannot make an assessment of its implications.
