550 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he has received an application from Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council for the expansion and equipping of the public library in Dún Laoghaire; the consideration, if any, given to the submission; and when a response will issue. I refer to the reply to Question No. 309 of 30th November, 1999 regarding the branch library in Dun Laoghaire. The position is unchanged.
