145 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if persons (details supplied) in County Wexford are in receipt of the maximum rate of early retirement pension; and, if not, the rate being paid. [4239/00]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh):

The persons named are in receipt of the maximum rate of early retirement pension, which is £9,509.83 per annum or £792.50 per month.
