58 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Defence the reason he plans to ask the Department of Arts, Culture, Gaeltacht and the Islands to take on responsibility for the management of the Curragh; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4606/00]
Arising from the report of the interdepartmental task force, the future management of the Curragh is being considered in conjunction with other relevant Departments including the Department of Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands in the context of the White Paper on Defence.
