138 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 221 of 8 February 2000, he will specify other detailed matters in relation to documentation outstanding for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [4712/00]
The other detailed matters in relation to the documentation outstanding for this person's application concern the proposed farming transferee. They involve a query regarding the lands contained in one of the folios; a missing folio and Land Commission consent in respect of lands leased by him; and a form ERS 1A, certified by an agricultural consultant, which has to be completed in respect of lands leased or owned by him.
If the applicant satisfactorily addresses these matters and those referred to in the reply to parliamentary Question No. 221 of 8 February 2000, the processing of his application can be concluded.
